Patients who attempt to submit an incomplete form will be instructed to go back and complete the missing information.

Having the patient go back through the form to collect missing signatures can be time consuming if patients need to sign in more than one place.
Having signatures required will alert the patient when they have missed a form or section. In the case of minor patients, the guardian may also be notified of required signatures.
Depending on the size of the form, it may take some time to complete all the necessary information. Have your patient save their progress instead of rushing and submitting something incomplete.
When a patient saves their form progress, they can complete the remaining fields at a later time.
